Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information our apps do — and do not — collect.
Information we collect
Most of our apps are designed to work without accounts and without collecting personal information. We never sell your data, and we don't track you across other apps or websites. Where an app needs a specific permission — such as photos, location, or calendar — to do its job, that's explained in the app's own section below.
- No accounts: we don't ask you to sign up, and we don't collect your name, email, or contacts.
- On-device data: things like your scores, progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Where you have enabled iCloud or a platform backup, some of this may sync through your own Apple or Google account — but it is never transmitted to us.
- No advertising: our apps do not contain third-party ads and do not track you for advertising.
- App-specific permissions: some apps need access to features like photos or your calendar to work. These are used only for that app's stated purpose — see below.
Call My Meeting (calendar access)
Call My Meeting asks for permission to read your calendar so it can set a local alarm before each meeting. Your calendar stays private:
- Read on-device only: calendar events are read on your device to work out when to ring. They are never uploaded, sent to us, or shared with anyone.
- No copies kept: the app does not store your events on a server. It only keeps what it needs on your device to schedule upcoming alarms.
- Alarms are local: alarms and reminders are scheduled and fire entirely on your device.
- Optional notifications: if you allow notifications, they are used only as an occasional on-device nudge to reopen the app. There is no push server.
You can turn Calendar, Alarms, or Notifications access on or off at any time in your device Settings.
Route Reel (photos & maps)
Route Reel turns your trip photos into a map-flyover video. To do that it needs your photos and the location saved inside them, and it uses a mapping service to draw the map and routes. Here's exactly how that works:
- Photos & their location: with your permission, Route Reel reads photos from your device, including the GPS coordinates stored in each photo's metadata. These coordinates are what place your trip on the map. Photos are read on your device to build your reel and are never uploaded to us.
- Why broad photo access: Route Reel reads photos directly (rather than through the system photo picker) because the picker removes the location metadata the app relies on. Access is used only to build your reel.
- Maps & routes (Mapbox): to show the map and calculate routes between your stops, the coordinates of your stops are sent to Mapbox, our maps provider, over a secure connection. This is necessary for the core map feature. Mapbox's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy. Route Reel disables Mapbox's optional usage telemetry where the SDK allows.
- Screen recording: to create the final video, Route Reel records the on-screen map animation it plays back. The resulting video is saved to your device's gallery and is not transmitted anywhere by the app.
- Notifications: shown only to display the in-progress recording status, as required by Android for screen capture.
You can turn Photos, Location, or Notifications access on or off at any time in your device Settings.
Missed Flight (saves, tips & sharing)
Missed Flight is a single-player game with no accounts, and it works without collecting any personal information. A few features are worth explaining:
- Game saves & iCloud: your coins, daily streak, settings, and unlocked content are saved on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, a small amount of this game data (such as your coin total, streak, and unlocked airports) is synced through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage so your progress carries across your own devices. That data goes to your own iCloud account under Apple's privacy policy — never to us.
- In-app tips (purchases): the optional "Tip Jar" lets you support development. These purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The app never sees or stores your payment details, and tips unlock no special content or gameplay advantage.
- Optional notifications: if you allow them, the game may send an occasional on-device reminder to help keep your daily streak alive. These are scheduled and fire locally on your device — there is no push server. You can turn them off any time in Settings.
- Sharing: when you tap Share, the game creates an image and a short caption on your device and hands them to the system share sheet for you to share if you choose. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Missed Flight does not access your photos, location, calendar, or contacts.
Platform-provided data
Apple (the App Store) and Google (Google Play) may collect standard, aggregated, and anonymised information — such as crash reports, download counts, and basic usage analytics — under their own privacy policies. We may view this information in summary form to fix bugs and improve our apps. It is governed by:
Purchases & support
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example, tips to support development). These are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies — our apps never see or store your payment information. If you instead choose to support us via “Buy me a coffee,” that transaction is handled entirely by Buy Me a Coffee on their own website and under their own privacy policy.
Children's privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
